About Us

Xakaxa Rigging Projects and Basic Training was conceived due to the scarcity of skills in the industrial lifting operations and general material handling such as rigging, crane operations, and forklift operations to name a few classical examples. The company offers consulting services, onsite rigging services, as well as training services as per customer requirements. The Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as the Mining Health and Safety Act to which all South African engineering and mining industry are legislated, requires certain activities to be performed by recognised/declared competent person, Hence:

Xakaxa Rigging Projects and Basic Training is aimed at imparting the required skills to meet the required competency in lifting operations and general material handling in the construction, mining and engineering infrastructure projects at large. Additionally, we provide periodic statutory machine inspection services as required by legislation.
